"Then you will know the truth, and the truth will
set you free."(John 8 : 32)
A few years ago, several Korean young people formed an organization
called "Mak-ga-pa (mischiefs). They murdered, burned, and
ate the remains of a victim's body in such a horrible crime.
The youth were discontent with themselves, society, and
the government, and ended up committing such crimes.
For the imprisoned youth, an elder daily delivered The Kukmin
Daily Newspaper, a national newspaper operated by Yoido
Full Gospel Church. The youth read the Christian material
in the newspaper and began to transform. They requested
the prison official to help them meet the newspaper delivery
person - the elder. The elder explained that the reason
for delivering the newspapers was to introduce the gospel
of Jesus Christ to the young people in prison. The imprisoned
youth heard the elder's story and felt the strong presence
of the Holy Spirit. They received Jesus, solved their problem
of sin, and preached the Gospel to 300 fellow prisoners.
The youth ended their existence with content expressions
at the execution site, because they had received Jesus -
the answer to their sin problem.
