The most dominant religion in India is Hinduism. Only about 2 percent of Indians are Christians. Especially Muslims constitute more than 40 percent of the population of Hyderabad, India where 'The Festival of Peace' conference was held. This conference drew attentions because it was a mammoth-sized conference and held in the southern India where has seen a number of terrorist attacks recently.

Many miracles happened in this conference. For 2days, around 1,000,000 people gathered to hear Dr. Yonggi Cho's speaking in KK Grounds of Hyderabad(twice as large as Yoido Park in Seoul). And not only Christians but also Hindus and Muslims attended this conference and dozens of thousands people accepted Jesus as personal Savior.

Besides Dr. Yonggi Cho's conference, 'Leadership Seminar' was held in RRC Grounds and around 20,000 people gathered.
